Hark laboratory is an Independent laboratory established in 1968 by a group of local workers Hinkle, Armstrong, Ramsey, and Klein.

     In this time we have undergone many changes, from starting in a little block building down the street, to moving to the present location in 1978. In 1980 we added on for more testing equipment and machining capabilities. Then had to expand, building a separate machining facility and remodeling the main building in 1994.     With the last of the original owners Edward Ramsey passing away in 2016 Jerry Ratliff continued to run Hark laboratories  until his passing in 2018. His wife Lynn Ratliff now owner keeps her departed husbands legacy going with the help of the general manager Cabot Schultz.
